The content on this site is provided for general information about our roofing, seamless gutter, siding, and soffit and fascia services. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free. You agree not to misuse the site or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Estimates and Services
Any estimates provided through this website or in person are based on the information available at the time and on a visual inspection. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work, such as rotted decking or hidden damage, differ from what was visible at the estimate. All work is subject to a separate written agreement between you and Affordable Roofing & Gutters. Submitting a contact form does not create a contract or guarantee scheduling.
Insurance Claims
For storm or damage related work involving an insurance claim, you are responsible for your communications with your insurance carrier. We can document damage and provide estimates, but we do not act as your insurance adjuster or guarantee any claim outcome.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affordable Roofing & Gutters is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Warranties on completed work are governed by your written service agreement, not by this website.
